A:Hi, this item couldn't be washed by machine. You need to hand wash and the water temperature should not be higher than 30℃. Hope this helps.

Q:How do I track my order?
A:After you placed an order, you will receive email updates about your order. The “Order Confirmation” email confirms that we have received your order. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.
