Q:Will this pole stand on the bath and reach the ceiling or will it be to long? Also will I still be able to fit 4 shelves if used this way?
A:Yes, you can use it in the way you have said, the length is adjustable, so you can choose the proper length as you need. And you can fit the 4 shelves easily on it too.
Q:is there any way to stop mould forming under the shelf?
A:Yes, there is. This shelf is made of plastic, you may wipe with a damp rag regularly or keep it well-ventilated to stop mould forming.
