Q:Can the bench be used without the cushion?
A:Please know that the cushion an not be removed since it is embed on the stool. Once it is removed, there is no way for you to cover it. So we highly suggest you do not remove it for better use.
Q:I weigh 180. What is the weight limit?
A:Please know that the weight capacity of the stool is 286 lbs. You can use it in normal case.
Q:What material is the cushion covered with? Can you wipe it with a damp cloth?
A:The cushion is made of linen cotton. Yes, you may use a damp cloth to clean the seat; detergent in a small amount could be used in the damp cloth if necessary.
Q:How do I pay for my purchase?
A:We currently only accept Paypal payments. You can log in to your Paypal account to pay. Or Pay by credit card and debit card via Paypal Express Checkout. Creating an account is not required.
Q:Where can I find assembly instructions?
A:We will add a copy of assembly instructions in every product package that requires assembly.You can also contact our customer service via email to get one.

Q:How do I track my order?
A:After you placed an order, you will receive email updates about your order. The “Order Confirmation” email confirms that we have received your order. The order number and product information will be included. The “Shipment Confirmation” email confirms that your order has shipped, and tracking information will be included. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.
Free Standard Shipping on orders of £80 or more of eligible items within the mainland UK.
In general, your order will be delivered by a third-party provider (e.g. DPD, DHL, UPS) to your doorstep to the address you have given. Depending on the workload of the shipping company, shipping takes 7-20 working days. * Please be noted that all information regarding the shipping duration is estimated.
