Set the Tilt Mechanism
To activate the tilt mechanism, you must first move the backrest to an upright position (90°). Then, pull the lever on the side of the chair outwards. Now you can tilt the chair back and forth. Return the backrest to a 90° position and push the lever inwards to lock the backrest and seat.

Q:How do I track my order?
A:After you placed an order, you will receive email updates about your order. The “Order Confirmation” email confirms that we have received your order. The order number and product information will be included. The “Shipment Confirmation” email confirms that your order has shipped, and tracking information will be included. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.

In general, your order will be delivered by a third-party provider (e.g. DPD, DHL, UPS) to your doorstep to the address you have given.
