Q:Can you build two sets together or 2x3= 6 tiers?
A:Yes you can, we bought two (but decided to use them separately). There are instructions for doing this enclosed in packaging.
Q:What diameter are the poles?
A:Thank you for contacting Songmics. The diameter of the tubes is 13.6mm.
Q:Can u fit womens boots on this?
A:The gap between the shelves is 18cm. You could put your boots on the top shelf.
Q:Hi! Does the 3 tier version come with 12 tubes of 17cm (4 for each of the 3 tiers) or only 8 (for2 tiers) + the smaller 4 tubes of the top-"handles")?
A:The rack comes with 8*198mm tubes( for 2 tiers) and 4*100mm tubes( for top, the handles), thanks.
Q:Could the width be shortened to fit in a slightly smaller space.
A:Not recommended. If the poles are shortened neatly or the length is not same, it may affect the installation and use.
Q:How do I pay for my purchase?

Q:How do I track my order?
A:After you placed an order, you will receive email updates about your order. The “Order Confirmation” email confirms that we have received your order. The order number and product information will be included. The “Shipment Confirmation” email confirms that your order has shipped, and tracking information will be included. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.

In general, your order will be delivered by a third-party provider (e.g. DPD, DHL, UPS) to your doorstep to the address you have given.
