Q:Does this lie completely flat?
A:No not completely flat but slight rake to the back. This is really comfortable so definitely buy this.
Q:Is there a cross bar at the base of your spine and, if so, can you feel it though the cushion?
A:If there is you cannot feel it through the cushion. The passing is very thick and very comfortable

In general, your order will be delivered by a third-party provider (e.g. DPD, DHL, UPS) to your doorstep to the address you have given.
